Patagonia Launches Website To Track Its Footprints
Patagonia, the apparel manufacturer, has launched a web site to track and expose the social and environmental impact of specific garments. The web site, The Footprint Chronicles reveals to consumers the good and the bad involved in manufacturing outdoor clothing such as Synchilla fleece vests and rain shells. Patagonia believes disclosure will encourage dialog with its customers who are concerned about the environment.
