An international summit of property industry leaders has agreed to develop a global measuring for green buildings.
Each country in attendance at last week’s MIPIM property convention in Cannes agreed there was an urgent need for a clear reporting standard on sustainability to enable genuine comparison, measurement and benchmarking to take place.
